MILESTONES COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES goal is to assist individuals in living in the community in their current home setting. Individuals getting supports will be given with a structured environment that promotes learning, individuality, self-awareness, dignity, and respect regardless of their intellectual or developmental disability. Individuals will have chances to form meaningful relationships and engage in meaningful activities that promote personal development and independence. Individuals must participate in an assessment of their individual skills and abilities using person-centered planning practices to help them create a meaningful lifestyle based on the desired outcomes.
